BAKES
Bakes are an easy way to stock up on some quick and easy meals for the week. Infinitely flexible, minimal mess, and highly delicious.

The Method

Grease baking pan with butter, ghee, or tallow

Add any raw meats - break or cut into bite-sized chunks and distribute evenly

Broil on high 5 min, turn pieces over, and broil 3 min

If on EYH Phase III, add low-fiber, low-carb veggies like onion, mushrooms, and olives

Broil 2 min, stir, and repeat until meat and veggies are browned and caramelized

Turn off oven and remove baking dish, adding any already cooked meats

Whisk together 5 to 10 eggs - Add any seasonings you prefer and can tolerate, and cream if doing dairy

Pour into baking dish and stir

If doing dairy, add a layer of shredded cheese

Put in oven at 350 degrees for 30 min

Let rest for 10 min
